音楽家・体現者
「音立日子」とはおそらく隠された古代の音楽の神で「音を立てる日の子」を意味します。この名前は彼の夢の中で物語として出現しました。
音立日子はおもに夢で受け取った音を、声と楽器（ビウエラ・ギター・鈴・鐘・エフェクト・電子音響機材等）と全身で体現しています。
彼は能楽で主に使われている日本古来の歌唱法である「ナビキ」という「ユリ」の一種で歌い、それは彼の先祖であるハタ氏によって体系化されたものです。
夢と臨死体験によって霊感を与えられ、彼は形而上的概念を用いてこの世界を「次元」や「エネルギー」で説明します。
「世界音楽創造センター」を設立し、「言葉を超え、世界を超え」て「超音楽」を提唱しています。
北米・南米・ヨーロッパ・アジアおよび日本での公演、フェスティバル創立・主催・出演、多ジャンルの芸術家との共演、CD発表など多数。
"OTO Tachihiko" is probably a hidden ancient God of Music, it means "The Son of the Sun who makes the Sound" in Japanese. The name came to him in a dream.
OTO receives music mostly from dreams, and embodies it with his voice, instruments (vihuela, guitar, rings, bells, effect pedals, electronics, etc.) and his body.
He sings in the ancient Japanese vocal style called "Nabiki", a kind of "Yuri", traditionally used in Noh, a major form of classical Japanese musical drama that has been performed since the 14th century. Actually "Nabiki" is organized by his ancestor, the Hata family.
Inspired by his dreams and near-death experiences, he uses spirituality and a philosophy of metaphysical thought to explain our world within the cosmos of dimensions and energy.
He created "The Multiversal Music Creation Centre" and advocates "Super-music" which is "Beyond the Word, Beyond the World".
OTO has performed at art and music festivals worldwide and has toured extensively in Asia, Europe, Japan, North and South America.
